About our pieces
Made from multiple species of quality wood veneer, each piece is hand sanded and placed before a finish is applied to protect your stand. Due to the nature of wood, with it's natural blemishes and distinctive marks, no two pieces will be exactly the same. We believe this adds to the character of each piece. The item you receive will not be the exact item pictured. Each item is made to order.
You can provide the best care for your new wood decor piece by dusting regularly with a damp cloth. A protective finish has been applied to make this easy to do.

Custom-made items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items and items with personalization. This is because each item is made to order specifically for you, and we cannot resell it to another customer. If you are not satisfied with your custom-made item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss your options.
Non-custom-made items
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on non-custom-made items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging. To return an item, please contact us to make arrangements for the return.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping
The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the cost of shipping for items that are returned due to a defect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will provide you with a new shipping label. The cost of shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received.

We are currently shipping to the USA only via USPS.
Most of our items are made to order. Production time will vary based on the current order volume. The most up to date processing time will always be found at the very top of the website. Large custom orders do not apply to that processing time and can take 1-2 weeks depending on order volume at the time your order is placed. Generally, items will ship sooner than that. Shipping may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive based on the shipping location. If you have a specific IN HANDS DATE, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate this.
Occasionally, especially during holiday times, production times may be longer than normal. There will be an announcement with the current production time.
Delays may occur once shipped. This is out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, if your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do what we can to assist.
We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were entered incorrectly during checkout. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to stop a package or change the destination address.
